The press conference was organized by veteran reporter Mr. Ogbonna Amadi of Vanguard Newspapers and Mr Sunday Areh C.E.O of List Entertainment (the management outfit handling the affairs of Mo Hits Records).
The Mo'Hits crew in order of arrival consisted of Wande Coal (Black Diamond) , D’Prince (Omoba), Dr SID, D’Banj (KokoMaster/Mr. Endowed) and Don Jazzy (Don Baba J). Also present were other members of the Mohitian clan: Special Ed, Jay Mohits, Sesan (Mo'hits official video director), Mr. Bizzle Osikoya, Mr. Sunny Are, Mr. Abbey Nana, Mr. Wale, Spice e.t.c.
The press conference went into full swing as D'banj and Don Jazzy talked about the history and accomplishments of Mo'hits, with some of the highlights listed below.
- Mo'hits Records was formed in London in 2004 with Don Jazzy and D’Banj as first acts.
- Their first show in Nigeria (Beenie Man show) was also in 2004 where D'banj met his manager Mr. Sunday Are.
- Debut of D'banj's 1st single "Tongolo" was at White House Opebi, Ikeja Lagos on 25th March 2005
- 2006: Debut of D'banj's Album "No Long Thing".
- 2007: Wande Coal (Black Diamond) was signed to Mo'Hits Records.
- 2007: D’Banj’s first award at MTV's EMA (Europe Music Awards) anchored by Snoop Dogg (D'banj's uncle).
- 2007: Debut of C.V (Curriculum Vitae) album which featured Mo'Hits All Stars – D’Banj, Don Jazzy, Wande Coal, Dr. SID, D’Prince and Kay Switch
- 2008: D'banj's "Mr Entertainer" Album
- 2009: Wande Coal's M2M (Mushin 2 MoHits) Album
- 2010: Dr. SID's Turning Point Album
On G.O.O.D Music and Mo'Hits Records;
- D’Banj and Don Jazzy are not relocating to the US, but they would be shuttling between Nigeria and the US, as D'banj would be working on his forthcoming album to be released internationally and would feature G.O.O.D Music artistes, Mo'hits artistes as well as other African artistes.
- They also emphasized that the contract signed is between the two labels Mo'Hits records and G.O.O.D Music and the deal will also bring about a structure in terms of music distribution with Universal Music. The entire Mo'hits crew would benefit from the deal.
- The Mo'Hits records and G.O.O.D Music contract negotiations started November 2010 and was concluded on the 8th June 2011 which was on Kanye West's birthday.
- The deal cost Mo'Hits records $3, 000, 000 (three million dollars) in investments to make this merger a realty.

D’Banj pledged not to relent in his support in the fight against piracy and that he will be working with the government & appropriate bodies, to make original copies of albums available to loyal fans that will patronize himself and other artistes genuinely.

Don Jazzy said he has considered signing the First Lady of Mo'Hits from the next Koko Mansion Tv Show, and hopefully if their schedule permits it would happen before the end of the year. He also hinted at the opening of another Koko Lounge on the island (Victoria Island, Lagos).
D'banj & Don Jazzy's works on Kanye & Jay-Z's Album "Watch the Throne"?
Don Jazzy disregarded the track list circulating the internet and added that he cannot confirm to us any of his works or D’Banj's would be on Ye & Jay's album as they have over 60 tracks to choose from for the album and the track list on the internet has been reshuffled a couple of times since its release.
